Initial Consultation
We begin with a genuine conversation — listening to your vision, priorities, lifestyle, and budget. Both directors are present from the first meeting. This is where the relationship and brief are formed.
Design & Architecture
Your brief is translated into a bespoke architectural concept. You'll be involved at every stage — from floor plan to facade — refining until the design is exactly right for your land and lifestyle.
Contract & Approvals
We handle all town planning, certification, and approvals coordination. Our fixed-price contracts are transparent and all-inclusive — no surprises or hidden costs at any stage.
Construction
Both directors are personally on-site throughout the build. We work professionally with lenders and quantity surveyors, provide regular progress updates, and maintain disciplined cost and schedule control.
Handover & Beyond
We walk you personally through your completed home. Our relationship with clients does not end at the front door — we remain available for any post-handover questions and ongoing support.
